WOOFStock!

WOOFStock is the largest dog festival in North America drawing in thousands of dog crazed people (like us) and it takes place in downtown Toronto! Vendors with dog toys, treats, beds, clothes and other canine luxuries filled 6 blocks near the St. Lawrence market. There were bands and lots of human food tents too. Check out the video of Mark dancing with Henry. A few dogs took to the fountain and made a dog pool out of it. Jakey opted out of the fountain in pursuit of his favorite gormet dog treat bakery. Luckily we found it and Jake picked out several cookies and treats.

After WOOFStock we walked through the historic Distillery District, just 1 km from our neighbourhood. This area is home to several Victorian era industrial buildings. Its cobblestone streets are lined with art galleries, swanky restaurants & coffee shops and thankfully, an ice cream shoppe!

At the end of the day everyone was wiped out!
